The Item History block has been added to your store's order detail pages — there's nothing to configure here.
Open any order from Orders in the sidebar and scroll down to see the full lifecycle for every item on that order.
Each step shows the date and time it was reached. Errors (QC Fail, API Fail, Inventory Fail, Cancelled) appear as a red branch off the timeline.
